2.      Which shipping methods do you offer?

 

We offer primarily USPS shipping. If you do need a different shipping method, please contact us.

 

3.      Can I pay with check?

 

Sorry, no checks please.

 

4.       Orders by Fax or Mail:

Please fax your order including full payment information to (800) 985-0132. Please include credit card type, exact name on credit card, billing & shipping information, credit card number, expiration date, and the CV2-code (= 3 or 4 numbers on back of credit card).

 

Please note: Billing information must be exactly as stated on your credit card statement.

 

-By Mail:

Sorry, no mail orders.

 

5.      When will you ship my order?

 

In general, all orders will be processed and shipped within two to three business days (except holidays). However, depending on our order volume, it may take an extra day.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent out once the package is on its way.

 

6.      Do you ship on weekends & holidays?

 

Sorry, there is no shipping on weekends or holidays.

 

7.       Do you have Express shipping options?

 

Depending on the destination, we may offer USPS Express Mail. Please see the shipping options during Checkout.

 

8.      Where are you shipping from?

 

All our orders are being shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada (except the CD soundtracks as they are being sold by a different distributor).

 

9.      What is your return policy?

 

There are no refunds and no returns on opened DVDs!

However, should you receive any defective merchandise (excluding damages that occur during shipment), please contact us with your ORDER number, name, shipping & billing address, e-mail address, phone number, and the product in questionand we will be happy to assist you.

 

Shipping fees will not be refunded! Returns/Exchanges without order numbers can not be processed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Some returns may be exchanged for a store credit.

 

Please have your information available when contacting us. ONLY items bought at the Paradise Filmworks Store will be considered for a refund/exchange/store credit.

 

10.     Why am I being charged a different amount? Last time I checked your store, the price was lower.

 

At times, we have special advertisements or promotions which are valid for a limited time only (usually one month,

unless otherwise stated).

 

(i.e. Ads published in 2008 expired on Dec. 31 2008!!)

 

11.     Who do I contact for Wholesale orders or International orders?

12.     I still have not received my package. Can you help, please?

 

Paradise Filmworks ships most of the shipments via USPS First Class/Parcel Post or via Priority Mail.

First Class within the US mail takes anywhere from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Parcel Post may take up to 14 (or more) business days, but usually arrives within 8 business days. US Priority Mail usually arrives within 2 to 3 days, but may take longer at times.

 

International packages will be sent via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International and may take several weeks to get to the destination pending on customs.

 

Please note:

Once your package is on its way, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with a USPS tracking number (= USPS delivery confirmation). This is not a solid tracking number as often the packages do not get scanned.

This delivery confirmation is no insurance or guarantee! In rare cases, some packages may get delayed or lost.

 

For International shipments, please be aware that these packages may only be traced within the United States. Once it leaves the US, there is no way for us or the post office to trace your package. In some cases, Priority International packages may be traceable, but it is not guaranteed.

It is up to customs and out of our control, how long your package will take to get to your destination.

First Class International Mail may take between 7 and 22 business days - Priority International Mail may take between 5 and 10 business days.

 

If you want absolute certainty that your package will arrive, and in a timely manner, we do highly recommend to choose an Express Mail option, as it is fully traceable. Please contact us for information.

 

Paradise Filmworks cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, your business is important to us. If your package does appear to be lost and cannot be traced at all by the USPS tracking system, we may send a replacement package. Such packages will be sent after the maximum shipping time given for your original package to avoid duplicate delivery. Thank you!

      After the Estimated Delivery Date: 

If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, it may be lost. Be sure to try to check the USPS tracking system first to find out the status (if applicable) and check for the following options:

  • Tracking information indicates the package has been delivered: Please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
  • Tracking information indicates the package is undeliverable: If the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, please contact us.
  • No tracking information available: If you cannot locate any tracking or delivery information about your package, please contact us.

Please confirm the correct shipping address when contacting us about lost packages. Sometimes a missing number or letter may delay the delivery.

13.    Duties and Taxes: 

 

The recipient of an International shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
